TERMS & CONDITIONS Wildwood WISH-Craft Society

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or joining the Wildwood WISH-Craft Society ("the Society"), a membership offered by Meg Daly LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms below.

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING The Wildwood WISH-Craft Society is a recurring monthly membership billed at $13/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time by emailing Meg at meg@megkdaly.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds will be issued for the current period.
REFUND POLICY We do not offer refunds for past billing periods.
NATURE OF THE OFFERING The Wildwood WISH-Craft Society offers guided meditation, group intention-setting, and collective energy work in a live, community setting. This offering is intended for personal enrichment, reflection, and community connection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Nothing shared during gatherings — including guided meditations, readings, or collective intention work — should be understood as a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or guarantee of any outcome.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services rather than relying on this membership for support.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS Manifestation, intention-setting, and energy work are personal and spiritual practices. We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes, results, healing, or the manifestation of any individual's stated intentions. Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION Gatherings are a shared, communal space. We ask all members to participate with respect for one another's privacy, beliefs, and experiences. Anything shared by other members during a session — including intentions, personal stories, or reflections — should be treated as confidential and not shared outside the group without permission.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the Society, without refund, whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the community.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content shared through the Wildwood WISH-Craft Society — including meditations, readings, and original material created by Meg Daly — remains the intellectual property of Meg Daly LLC. Members may not record, reproduce, or redistribute session content without prior written permission.
CHANGES TO SERVICES We reserve the right to modify the format, schedule, pricing, or content of the Wildwood WISH-Craft Society at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meg Daly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Wildwood WISH-Craft Society.
