Sacred Samhain Retreat
Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver
October 23–26, 2025 | Wisconsin Rapids, WI
By registering for and participating in the Sacred Samhain Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
• You understand that this retreat includes activities such as guided movement, meditation, ritual, forest immersion, and other embodiment practices that carry inherent risks.
• You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, or harm that may occur during the retreat.
• You agree to release and hold harmless Meg Daly / Meg Daly LLC, any guest facilitators, collaborators, and the owners of the private retreat spaces—including their employees, representatives, and affiliates—from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your participation.

2. Nature & Water Safety Disclaimer
• Some portions of this retreat may take place in or near the forest and riverside areas. Participants may choose to walk, explore, or engage in water-related activities at their own discretion.
• No lifeguard or supervision will be provided. All nature or water-related activities are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
• By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and agree to hold all retreat facilitators and property owners free from liability in the event of injury or harm.

3. Medical Disclaimer
• The practices, teachings, and rituals shared during this retreat are designed for personal growth, reflection, and self-awareness. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
• Retreat facilitators are not licensed medical or mental health professionals.
• If you have pre-existing medical conditions or mental health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider before participating.

4. Photography & Media Release
• Moments from the retreat may be captured via photo or video for future promotional or educational use.
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image in retreat-related materials.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify Meg Daly in writing at meg@megkdaly.com prior to the retreat.

5. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. You voluntarily release all claims of liability and participate with full personal responsibility.
